Service Agreements - "The smart choice"

Full Maintenance Agreement

Climate Control will provide complete maintenance coverage for your system. Under this plan, Climate Control is fully responsible for all maintenance, upkeep, and repairs. This agreement includes labor, parts, and emergency service as well as two (2) inspections each year. We cover any make of equipment, no matter who installed it or who serviced it last.

Parts & Labor Warranty

All of our labor services are warranted for 30 days. If you have a problem within 30 days of service, there will be no charge to come back out and diagnose the problem. We stand behind our work.

Inspection Agreement

Climate Control will provide two (2) inspections each year to keep you equipment at peak efficiency. Charge per inspection is determined by the size of you system. If repair work is needed, labor and materials will be discounted from our prevailing rates. Climate control can cover you under this program regardless of make or model of your present system.
